Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UAE: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our payment method. Payment is collected upon delivery of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
